Annette Chan Han, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Founder & Clinical Director

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California. A few of my specialties include high functioning depression, anxiety (high functioning anxiety, performance anxiety), trauma & PTSD, and cultural identity struggles. I am passionate about helping health care workers (including physicians, medical students, veterinarians, etc.) overcome their unique struggles such as burnout, performance anxiety, depression and loneliness.

During sessions, we will focus on moving through “stuck-ness” and finding balance in your inner world. Together, we will figure out how to find rest while making practical changes; look into past history and also move toward the future; honor your own values while finding ways to meet expectations from others.

My hope is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we could explore thoughts and patterns honestly. We will learn coping skills that will help equip you to dive deep and further understand yourself. For those who are spiritually-minded, I can also offer faith integration in our work together.

If you feel that we could be a good fit to work together, please contact me for a short consultation call so we can chat about how therapy could be helpful in your unique situation.

With Annette I learned to be more confident. She believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. I could trust her with all the issues that have kept me back in life. I thought I would always feel depressed and hopeless. During therapy with Annette I learned to be content, looking forward, no longer scared of the future.
