ADHD Management

So I found out I have ADHD… now what?

Did you know that according to research*, ADHD is both over- and under-diagnosed here in the US? ADHD, or Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurological disorder that shares symptoms with many other mental health diagnosis, such as anxiety and PTSD.

For adults who continue to be affected by their ADHD diagnoses, therapy is an effective way of providing support as they manage their lives. Not only are they affected by typical inattention/hyperactive symptoms such as disorganization, forgetfulness, and time blindness, many who struggles with ADHD also experience co-occuring mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues. It is often helpful for these individuals to process their experience and gain insight through engaging in therapy.

Learn to manage your symptoms so they no longer stop you from pursuing your goals
